Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Qerrastar
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• You must not attempt to disrupt or harm our services

User Content

When you upload content (such as PYQ papers), you grant Qerrastar a non-exclusive licence to store and display that content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

Pro Subscription

• Pro plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to modify Pro features with prior notice

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Qerrastar is the intellectual property of Saikat Mahara. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Qerrastar is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
